STEP CONNECT2

Content IQ

The conversation doesn't have to end when the event does

Every one of our events brings together people who know their sector inside out, and puts them in a room to share what they know. But with so much going on across multiple stages, it can be a real challenge to decide which session to attend at which time, and you may have left wondering what you missed.

Once the event ends, delegates go back to their day jobs and speakers move on to the next thing. We're proud that our events inspire real change, and ContentIQ takes that further, generating more ideas, encouraging a wider exchange of expertise, and leaving you with a reference document to return to when it's time to revive the thinking that started at the event.

What is ContentIQ?

New for 2026, ContentIQ is our approach to giving event content a life beyond the event itself. Across our whole portfolio, we're working with speakers to turn what they share on stage into something delegates can take away, refer back to and pass on.

It's not about recording sessions or publishing slide decks.  It's about capturing the expert thinking behind a presentation and shaping it into something worth reading in its own right: a considered piece of writing that reflects what a speaker knows, written for people working in that space.

Why it matters

ContentIQ means the value of our events doesn't stop at the door, or at whichever room you happened to be in.

For delegates, it means a more comprehensive understanding of the thinking shared across the whole event, not just the sessions they could physically attend, to reference long after the event. For speakers, it's a platform to reach people beyond the room and put their thinking in front of a wider professional audience.  And for our events themselves, it reinforces something we care about: that these aren't just conferences, they're the place where the sector's most useful conversations happen.

How it works

ContentIQ takes a different shape depending on the event. On some, it's a printed and digital publication distributed to delegates, speakers and partners. On others, it's a series of papers shared online and made available to registered attendees.

In every case, the idea is the same: bring together expert contributions from confirmed speakers, and turn them into something that outlasts the event.
