Hi, I'm Max! I've recently joined the STEP CONNECT2 team as CRM & Data Executive, and I'm really excited to be here. With a background in Marketing, I've always been drawn to the data side of things, such as how the right information, organised effectively, can power better decisions and stronger campaigns. My focus is on keeping our CRM system accurate and useful so that the sales, marketing and events teams have everything they need to do what they do best. I'm looking forward to continuing to learn, grow into the role, and be a useful part of such a great team.
