I am currently in my final year of A levels and have recently joined the STEP CONNECT2 sales team. As an aspiring #eventprof, I am passionate about connecting people, building genuine relationships and creating conversations that lead to opportunity.
Sport has always been a big part of my life. I have recently represented Sussex in both hockey and rugby, experiences that have developed my teamwork, resilience and drive to perform under pressure. I bring that same energy and competitive mindset into my work.
For nearly two years, I have worked front of house at The Blue Anchor, where I have gained hands on experience in customer service, communication and managing busy environments. Working in hospitality has strengthened my confidence, professionalism and ability to engage positively with a wide range of people.
After completing my A levels, I plan to continue developing my experience within the STEP CONNECT2 sales team, before travelling and starting university in September 2027. I am excited to learn, grow and build a long term career in the events industry.
