I recently graduated with First Class Honours from Lancaster University. My current time at STEP CONNECT2 acts as work experience, before I head to Warwick University to complete a masters in Marketing and Strategy. Alongside this, I will be pursuing a Diplôme de Français Professionnel and certifications in Spanish and German, with a goal of being able to sit down with clients from anywhere across the world and connect with them both professionally and personally. For me, that's what makes this industry so unique, the traditions and the cultural details that turn an event into an experience, whether it's happening around the corner or on the other side of the world.
I spent my time before university working in customer service, learning how to read people, stay calm when pressure rises, and create a positive environment for a diverse range of customers, all qualities that prove central in the world of event management.
I look forward to developing my skill set at STEP CONNECT2 and learning from a genuinely talented team.
