Events Coordinator | Permanent, Full-Time

Who we are looking for:

This would be a great entry into the events industry or ideal for someone looking for a varied role. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales support – updating confirmations sheets, CRM and also processing the invoicing request forms, liaising with finance, onboarding exhibitors, ezone logins and enquiries
  • Awards support – supplier liaison, gathering guest names, dietary information, etc, helping coordinate the judging process
  • Client services – exhibitor/speaker liaison dealing with client enquiries and communications
  • Marketing – requesting marketing collateral from customers, updating websites, reporting on campaigns, etc
  • Database management and reporting
  • Operations – liaising with exhibitors for their health and safety forms, stand plans etc
